Today, we have launched a Knowledge Base and Ticketing System that will help us to better serve our customers. The new feature enables customers to have their questions answered and queries submitted in a more centralized and streamlined manner. Our Website is now equipped with a Live-Chat widget that will connect our customers to a Customer Happiness Agent and will allow them to search our Frequently Asked Questions.
